After looking at some people's opinions on the topic through some e-mails I received, I decided the best middle ground is to just show both.

The Weapon Calc info box now shows the results of both formulas, shown as "True"(old) and "Expected"(new). The names come from the value that is most true to the info screen and what is expected if you shoot something. All in all, I just like the new way it looks. Less jumbled text.
